Product Overview
Description
PP1S is a polyester-HAA smooth powder coating designed for high-durability outdoor decorative and protective applications on metal substrates. It is suitable for applications requiring 6–10 years of outdoor weathering durability, with performance comparable to Qualicoat Class 1, AAMA2603 and GB/T 5237.4-2017 (Class I) requirements. The minimum curing temperature can be as low as 160°C. The formulation is TGIC-free, complies with applicable REACH restrictions, and is suitable for markets including Europe and other relevant countries and regions.
