Product Overview
Description
PP1F is a polyester-HAA fine-textured powder coating designed for high-durability outdoor decorative and protective applications on metal substrates. It is suitable for applications requiring 6–10 years of outdoor weathering durability, with performance comparable to Qualicoat Class 1 and GB/T 5237.4-2017 (Class I) requirements. The minimum curing temperature can be as low as 160°C. The formulation is TGIC-free, complies with applicable REACH restrictions, and is suitable for markets including Europe and other relevant countries and regions. Conventional sand-textured products may involve PFAS restrictions; PFAS-compliant options should be confirmed separately.
