• The website supports product discovery, sourcing communication and technical assistance; it is not an automatic online checkout store.
  • General product and technical content does not replace validation for your conditions, current TDS/SDS documents or a signed contract.
  • Quotations, sample charges, delivery and payment arrangements are governed by the later quotation, invoice or contract accepted by both parties.

1. Who these Terms cover

VeriCoating is a powder coating product discovery, sourcing and support service operated by TUBO MATERIALS. “VeriCoating,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the website and its operator.

By visiting www.vericoating.com, creating an account, saving products, submitting an RFQ or sample request, uploading technical materials or using another site feature, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept them on its behalf.

2. Nature of the website and services

The website helps industrial buyers review powder coating products, compare applications, request samples or quotations and communicate with our sales and technical teams. A listing does not mean we have accepted an order or guarantee that a product, colour, stock level, capacity, price, lead time or shipping option is always available.

Unless a formal quotation, order confirmation, invoice or signed agreement expressly says otherwise, website content is not a binding offer, quality commitment, exclusive arrangement or supply contract.

3. Eligibility and account security

  • You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the relevant transaction or act for your organisation.
  • Provide accurate and current email, company, country or region and other business information.
  • Keep login codes, passwords and sessions for your own use, and sign out and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for requests and activity under your account, except to the extent directly caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

4. Product information and technical judgment

We work to keep product names, chemistry, colours, gloss, finishes, application guidance, images and documents accurate. However, screens, photography, batches, substrates, pretreatment, film thickness, curing and application conditions can all change the actual result. On-screen colour and finish are for initial selection only.

Before purchasing or entering production, you are responsible for validating suitability, application parameters, compatibility, durability, safety and local regulatory requirements for the intended use. Request current TDS, SDS, panels, reports or written confirmation where needed.

5. RFQs, samples and technical requests

Requests for quotation

An RFQ invites us to assess products, quantities, compliance documents, destination, trade terms and delivery needs. We may request more information, recommend sampling, revise a proposal or decline to quote.

Sample requests

Availability and charges for samples, coated panels, additional powder, packaging and delivery are confirmed separately in writing or by invoice. Samples are for evaluation and do not guarantee that every production batch or process condition will produce an identical result.

Technical support

Guidance is based on the information you provide and the materials then available. Describe the operating conditions, substrate, pretreatment, equipment and target standard completely, and verify recommendations through your own trials, quality system and qualified personnel.

6. Quotations, orders and payment

The website currently does not offer on-site online payment and does not collect card or digital-wallet credentials.

Prices, taxes, sample charges, payment methods, delivery, Incoterms, warranty, acceptance and cancellation are governed by the quotation, order confirmation, pro forma invoice, commercial invoice or separate agreement accepted for the transaction. If such a document conflicts with these Terms, the transaction-specific document controls for that transaction.

7. Content and files you submit

You may submit specifications, drawings, TDS files, photographs, test targets, application details and other materials. You retain your rights and give us permission to use, copy, convert and disclose them to personnel or suppliers only as reasonably necessary to assess, reply, quote, sample, verify quality or fulfil the request.

You confirm that you may submit the content and that it does not infringe rights, contain malware or violate law. Uploading alone does not create a non-disclosure agreement unless we separately sign one, although we still handle materials under the Privacy Policy and reasonable business confidentiality measures. Do not provide highly sensitive personal data or trade secrets that are unnecessary for the request.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or security measures.
  • Do not scrape, bulk-copy, reverse engineer or disrupt the site, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
  • Do not impersonate others, submit false business requests or use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, export-control-evasion or infringing activity.
  • Without written permission, do not use site content to train a competing model, create a substitute catalogue or redistribute it commercially at scale.

9. Intellectual property

The website software, layout, brand, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product curation and original materials belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the site only to evaluate products and conduct genuine business sourcing.

Third-party marks, standard names such as RAL, and customer-provided materials remain with their respective owners. Do not imply endorsement, agency or partnership with VeriCoating without permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The site relies on providers for authentication, databases, private file storage, email delivery, hosting and content delivery, and may link to third-party websites. Those services may have their own terms and privacy rules. We use reasonable care in selecting providers but do not control third-party sites or guarantee their continued availability.

11. Service disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free access or that the site will meet every business purpose. Maintenance, security events, networks or provider failures may cause temporary unavailability.

Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded. Any express product warranty must appear in the applicable quotation, specification, order confirmation or contract.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information, unvalidated colour or technical guidance, third-party services or website interruption.

This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or anything else that law does not allow us to limit. Liability and remedies for a particular product, order or service are determined by the applicable transaction documents.

13. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or request if we reasonably believe activity violates these Terms, threatens the site or others, involves fraud or creates legal risk. You may stop using the site at any time and may contact us about your account or personal information under the Privacy Policy.

14. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains login cookies and browser storage used for favourites, drafts and related functionality.

15. Governing law and disputes

Without affecting mandatory rights under applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction. If a transaction document specifies another dispute process, that document controls for the transaction.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when services, business practices or legal requirements change and will show the updated date above. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of material changes through the site or account contact details. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
