1. Scope and responsible organisation
This Policy applies to www.vericoating.com and its English and Chinese pages. VeriCoating is operated by TUBO MATERIALS, which determines why and how personal information connected with this website is processed.
It does not apply to third-party websites we do not control and does not replace a contract, NDA or data-processing term agreed for a specific transaction.

- From manufacturing, logistics, compliance or technical partners involved in fulfilling a request.
4. How we use information
- Provide sign-in, accounts, favourites, request history and customer support;
- Assess products, applications, samples, quantities, compliance, delivery and technical requirements;
- Reply to RFQs and requests and send confirmations, status messages and necessary service email;
- Coordinate personnel and necessary manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse or logistics partners;
- Maintain security, troubleshoot errors and prevent spam, fraud and unauthorised access;
- Meet legal, export-control, record-keeping and dispute-management obligations;
- Improve services and conduct related B2B communication with consent or where applicable law permits.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party cross-site advertising. We share it only as needed to provide services, protect rights or comply with law.

6. International processing
VeriCoating supports industrial buyers worldwide, and we, customers and providers may be in different countries. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your region, where data-protection rules may differ.
We use reasonable measures such as contracts, access controls, data minimisation and provider review in line with applicable law. Where a specific transfer mechanism or separate consent is legally required, we will implement it as applicable.
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, considering account status, request or transaction cycles, quality traceability, limitation periods, security and legal record duties. Account data is generally kept while the account remains active. Samples, RFQs, technical requests, communications and attachments are kept as needed for handling, after-sales support, traceability or legal duties.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or restrict access to it. Backup deletion may follow normal rotation cycles. You control device-side favourites and drafts, which normally remain until submission, replacement, session end or clearing browser site data.
8. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the information, including encrypted transport, controlled administrative access, authentication, private attachment storage, least privilege and log review. No system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to an account or file.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Ask whether we process your information and request access or a copy;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Request deletion, restricted processing or objection to certain processing;
- Request a portable copy where applicable;
- Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing;
- Complain to a competent data-protection authority.
10. Service email and business communication
After an account, sample, RFQ or technical request, we send codes, confirmations, status messages or replies needed for that service. You cannot opt out of all necessary service messages while keeping the related service. For non-essential marketing, use the unsubscribe method in the message or contact us.
11. Children
The site is for business and professional buyers and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can remove it.
12. Automated decisions
Product filters, prefilling and the local rule-based help dialog assist navigation and do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently make such significant decisions solely through automated processing.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when features, providers or legal requirements change and will show the revised date above. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify users of material changes through the site or account contact details.
