Everything about buying VeriCoating powder coatings — process, samples, pricing, documents and shipping.
Start by filtering products by application, indoor or outdoor use, color, surface finish, gloss and required performance.
If you are still unsure, provide the part, substrate, pretreatment, curing conditions, service environment and target performance. Our technical team will help narrow down the suitable options.
Premium super-durable applications, such as curtain walls or 10-year warranties → TGIC
EU exports or strict environmental requirements → HAA
Low-temperature curing or energy-saving production → HAA
Thick films or complex-shaped parts → TGIC for better degassing
General outdoor decorative parts with 5–8 years’ durability → HAA for better cost-effectiveness
Standard samples are free. For each SKU, you may request 2 coated panels, a 800g powder sample, or both. International courier charges are paid by the customer. Additional quantities, custom colors or special formulation samples may be chargeable, and any fee will be confirmed before preparation.
Yes. Multiple products can be included in one request. For each product, you may request 2 coated panels, a 800g powder sample, Additional quantities or special samples may require separate confirmation and charges.
Yes, in two ways:
Standard RAL colors listed on our website: you can place an order directly at the listed price;
Colors not listed: we support custom color matching based on RAL or Pantone codes, or physical samples provided by the customer. Upon receiving the color code or sample, we will prepare a color panel for your confirmation before production.
In either case, the final color is subject to the mutually approved panel, with color difference (ΔE) controlled within the agreed tolerance.
Please provide the following details to help us match the right product and prepare samples quickly:
Workpiece & application: what the product is and how it will be used;
Service environment: indoor or outdoor use;
Substrate & pretreatment: e.g., aluminum, galvanized parts, with pre-anodizing, sandblasting or other treatments;
Color: RAL/Pantone code or a physical color sample;
Gloss & surface effect: e.g., high gloss, matte, sand texture, hammer finish;
Curing conditions: oven temperature and curing time;
Target film thickness;
Performance requirements: e.g., weather resistance, corrosion protection, electrical insulation;
Estimated purchase volume.
The more complete the information, the more accurate the product match — and the faster the sampling and quotation.
Custom colors, special performance or repeated development is chargeable. Any fee is confirmed before sample preparation.
• Existing standard samples are normally shipped within 3 business days after confirmation.
• Lead time for custom colors or formulations depends on development complexity.
Yes, in two steps:
Trial spray first: request standard sample powder to verify color, powder pickup and curing;
Small-batch line trial: for quantities beyond the standard sample size, we will confirm availability and pricing based on current stock, color and production schedule.
Please contact our sales team with your testing needs (quantity, color and timeline), and we will get back to you with a solution promptly. [email protected]
Yes. A pending sample request can be cancelled by contacting our service team.
Standard samples: cancellable before packing or shipment; shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.
Custom samples: Generally non-cancellable once color matching, sample preparation or production has started; development, sample and shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable.
All prices are EXW. You pay product price + export charges (waived if you nominate your own forwarder) + ocean freight.
The product price mainly depends on chemistry, color and pigment cost, gloss, surface finish, performance level, customization requirements and order quantity. Website prices are reference prices for standard products. Special colors, metallic effects, functional formulations and other custom products are quoted separately.
No. The listed price is an EXW reference price and covers the powder coating product only. Ocean freight, origin local charges, inland transportation, insurance, duties, taxes and destination charges are quoted separately.
It depends on who arranges the export:
If VeriCoating arranges the shipment: an origin local charge applies, plus the actual international freight.
For EU-bound shipments, ENS/ICS2 entry safety filing charges also apply, with the exact amount confirmed based on the route, shipment volume and the forwarder's invoice.
If you appoint your own forwarder to handle the entire export process: we do not charge any origin local fees — all related charges are settled directly between you and your forwarder.
Origin local charges are quoted separately based on the shipping arrangement, including: customs clearance, bill of lading fee, booking and handling, CFS (container freight station), EDI (cargo data transmission), QSHE and VGM (verified gross mass verification).
For EU-bound shipments, ENS/ICS2 entry safety filing charges are not included and will be billed separately as per the forwarder's invoice.
These costs are borne by the buyer, including destination customs clearance, duties, import VAT, terminal handling, storage and final delivery. The actual amount depends on local regulations, the importer of record and destination service providers, and is not included in VeriCoating's quotation.
Please provide the destination port, expected order quantity, and available packing, weight or volume information. We normally provide a freight quotation within 1–2 business days. Ocean freight may change with route, space availability and market conditions and is confirmed at the time of booking.
Product quotations are normally valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in the formal quotation. International freight and logistics charges are subject to market changes and are confirmed at the time of booking or shipment.
Yes. The MOQ is stated on the relevant product page or formal quotation.
Yes. Standard products use tiered pricing, and the unit price normally decreases as order quantity increases. The final price also depends on chemistry, color, packaging and delivery terms and is confirmed in the formal quotation.
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and credit card.
For bulk orders, the usual payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance. The 30% deposit is paid after order confirmation, and the remaining 70% is paid against a copy of the bill of lading after shipment.
First-time customers may also start with a small trial order to reduce initial purchasing risk. After a sample request or order is submitted, our service team will confirm the applicable payment method, payment schedule and detailed process by email.
Our listed prices are based on EXW, meaning the goods are made available at the factory, while pickup, export formalities, transportation and related costs are handled by the buyer.
When we arrange the export for you, origin local charges and ocean freight are quoted separately; if you appoint your own forwarder, no origin charges apply on our side.
Other terms, such as FOB or DDP, can be discussed and quoted separately based on the destination, shipping method and agreed responsibilities.
Before production is scheduled, you may contact us to request a modification or cancellation — please provide your Order ID so we can process it quickly.
Once a custom product enters the mixing or production stage, it cannot be canceled. For standard products, cancellation after production has started may be negotiated, with any costs already incurred borne by the buyer.
Dispatched orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Production strictly follows the specifications confirmed by both parties, with full-process quality control covering:
· Incoming inspection of raw materials;
· In-process parameter control (e.g., extruder speed, sieve mesh size);
· In-process panel preparation;
· Color, gloss and surface appearance checks, plus necessary physical and performance tests;
· Pre-shipment batch review.
For key projects, sampling or trial production can be arranged before mass production. All production and inspection data are recorded in our system and can be shared with the buyer upon request.
We recommend a trial spray with samples first, recording the following parameters:
· Substrate and pretreatment;
· Spray gun type and voltage;
· Film thickness;
· Oven set temperature and actual workpiece temperature;
· Curing time;
· Appearance and performance results.
If issues such as poor powder pickup, leveling problems, pinholes, color difference or curing defects occur, please send the parameter records and photos to our technical team [email protected], and we will help analyze the cause and suggest adjustments.
Locked formulation and colorants: The formulation and raw material suppliers remain consistent.
Approved standard retained: We retain the approved color panel and formulation record.
Batch release comparison: Each batch is sprayed under specified film thickness and curing conditions, then checked for color, gloss and surface appearance before release.
Please retain the original packaging, batch number, coated panels and production records, and contact us promptly. We will review the agreed TDS specifications, batch records, retained samples and application conditions. If a product quality issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement, resupply or refund.
