Decorative finish, scratch resistance and indoor-outdoor durability
Furniture includes metal tables and chairs, filing cabinets, display racks and similar products that require both decorative appearance and protection. Textured finishes help conceal substrate imperfections, while smooth grades provide high-flow surfaces.
Veri Coating offers textured pure epoxy, textured and smooth epoxy-polyester hybrid, and textured and smooth standard-durable polyester-HAA and TGIC powder coatings, with GT0 adhesion, 50 kg-cm impact resistance and more than 1,000 hours of salt-spray resistance. For comparable textures, TGIC grades offer a greater cost advantage than HAA grades.
Application notes: Castings should be preheated for degassing, and textured products require control of film thickness and colour difference; the recommended thickness is 70-120 um.
