Shelving includes warehouse racks, logistics transfer racks, supermarket display racks and other indoor storage equipment. Frequent impact during goods handling requires good abrasion resistance and powder application efficiency.
Veri Coating offers smooth epoxy-polyester hybrid powder with GT0 adhesion and 50 kg-cm impact resistance, together with standard-durable polyester-HAA and TGIC textured powders. The textured grades provide good hiding and high coating yield, while TGIC textures offer a greater cost advantage.
Application notes: Long thin-walled parts should be protected against heat deformation, and hanging points, film thickness and texture consistency should be controlled.
