Impact-resistant protection for frequent contact and oily conditions
Forklifts include frames, forks, overhead guards and other equipment used indoors and outdoors. Continuous exposure to load impact, oil contamination and temperature changes requires good impact and stain resistance.
Veri Coating offers standard-durable polyester-HAA smooth powder and general-industrial weatherable polyester-TGIC smooth powder, with good adhesion, verified salt-spray and impact performance, and no failure after 480 hours of humidity testing. TGIC grades provide a clear cost advantage over HAA grades.
Application notes: Aluminium parts should receive chromate pretreatment, and the recommended film thickness is 60-120 um.
