Automotive Interior Parts

Low-gloss appearance, scratch resistance and multilayer compatibility

Automotive interior parts include instrument-panel supports, door-panel frames, interior metal decorative parts, seat structures and trim. Because these parts are used in an enclosed cabin, the coating must provide a low-gloss appearance, soft visual texture and suitable safety performance.

Veri Coating offers epoxy-polyester matt wheel primer and standard-durable polyester-TGIC textured powder, providing stable matt appearance, strong adhesion and good defect-hiding ability.

Application notes: Surface cleanliness, film thickness and gloss should be controlled; when used with colour coats or clear powder, intercoat adhesion must be verified. The recommended film thickness is 70-120 um, and texture stability should also be confirmed.
